Water comes through the bottom side of one of the window that was installed every time it rains.
I have made several phone calls requesting this problem to be solved with no success.
They keep telling me that someone is going to call but that has not happened ever.
Be careful when you use this Company. I would not recommend this Company to anyone knowing that they are not responsible enough with their customer.
If they want to continue to be in business all they have to do is be more responsible and take care of their customer.

Written by Rosa Bohorquez on October 30, 2009 I am also very angry with Panther Siding & windows, as they replaced my non-leaking roof about 2 years ago for 7K and as of September it started leaking. I called and they take their time in getting back to you. Meanwhile, my living room has leaks across the ceiling. It has already damaged my floor and ceiling. They now claim I have to pay extra so they can fix it because it's not the roof they installed. I called consumer affairs and filed a complaint against them. They don't want to be responsible for repairing my damaged floor and celing either. The quality of their work is totally unacceptable. I will be taking them to court if they do not agree to fix the leak without me laying out more money. Everyone that has issues with this contractor should report it and post it. |
