On July 14, 2010 a rep. by named of Glenn from Panther Siding and Windows, a company doing business on Long Island, coerced my 93 year old widowed mother into signing a contract for replacement windows. All she wanted from this individual was an estimate for replacement windows and he goes ahead and has her sign a contract. There is a name for a person that would take advantage of an elderly woman, who is the widow of a world war 2 United States combat veteran, but it would be a violation of Pissed Consumer terms of Service. It is underhanded companies like this that give honest home contractors a bad reputation

There are many people that coerce the elderly by intimidation. For God sakes the woman is 93 years old! I think she deserves a little pity, even if she can read. Salesmen can be pushy and hard to get out of your house. Its a shame!

Does your mother know how to read? She should have refused to sign the contract before reading this. Even a child knows this. You are trying to score pity points and make people feel sorrry for her by mentioing the is a widow of a WW2 veteran.
